Warranty Claim Procedure
As your new home acclimates to its first year and goes through the four seasons of the Pacific Northwest, you may notice your house settling in. With the purchase of your new home, you have a one-year warranty that covers changes that may require attention such as settlement of drywall, loss of utilities, etc. Please read the instructions below to help determine an appropriate course of action.

- Create a detailed list of items that need to be addressed
- Email list to SLHwarranty@gmail.com within 11 months of purchase
- Please refrain from calling regarding a non-urgent need
